Slava chocolate (Шоколад Слава / Glory) is a GOST dark chocolate recipe — a classic Soviet-era chocolate bar with a bold, intense cocoa flavor. Positioned as a standard-quality dark chocolate, Slava was one of the most widely produced and recognized chocolate brands in the USSR.

Technological notes
Slava is a straightforward dark chocolate with approximately 50–55% cocoa solids — less intense than Lux but more pronounced than standard milk chocolate. Production follows the standard dark chocolate technology sequence: mixing, refining to particle size below 25 microns, conching for 12–24 hours, and tempering at 30–32 °C. The finished bar should have a glossy surface, a clean snap, and a balanced flavor with moderate bitterness.
TS = total solids.
