Rooster Lollipop Caramel GOST Recipe

Rooster lollipop caramel (Півники / Pivnyky) is a classic GOST hard candy on a stick, shaped like a rooster and wrapped in cellophane or paraffin paper. It is made from untreated caramel mass colored in various bright colors — a beloved childhood treat across the former Soviet Union.

Notes
