Fruit-Berry Bouquet caramel (Фруктово-ягідний букет) is a GOST caramel with a fruit-berry filling, wrapped, oval or rectangular in shape. The shell is made from pulled caramel mass colored in various colors corresponding to the fruit or berry flavor. The filling is a fruit-berry mass.
This caramel is produced as an assortment — typically including several fruit and berry flavors in one set (such as apple, plum, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and currant). Each flavor has its own color and aroma.

Fruit-berry filling
The filling is prepared from fruit or berry purée, sugar, glucose syrup, and citric or lactic acid. The total solids content typically ranges from 84 to 86%. Different fruit purées (apple, plum, cherry, raspberry, etc.) are used for each flavor variant in the assortment.
