Capital pound cake — individual format (Столичний кекс штучний) is the individual-portion version of the iconic GOST Capital pound cake. While the recipe composition is essentially the same as the bulk weight version, this format is produced as individual pieces (typically 75–100 g each) baked in small paper cups or individual molds.

- Top-grade wheat flour — 100.0 kg
- Butter (TS 84%) — 50.0 kg
- Granulated sugar — 40.0 kg
- Mélange — 25.0 kg
- Raisins — 30.0 kg
- Candied fruit — 10.0 kg
- Compressed yeast — 4.0 kg
- Salt — 0.3 kg
- Vanilla flavoring — 0.15 kg
- Powdered sugar (for dusting) — as needed
Technological differences from bulk format
The individual format requires adjusted baking parameters: higher temperature (190–210 °C) and shorter time (20–30 minutes) due to the smaller piece size. The dough is deposited into individual paper cups using a depositor or manually. Proofing time is also shorter. Each piece must have a domed top with an even golden-brown color. After cooling, pieces are dusted with powdered sugar. Final moisture: 20–24%.
